Industrial First’s electrical service group was formed in 2009 as a service oriented general and specialized electrical contractor operating in the commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare markets.  Industrial First utilizes a customer first approach to all projects, which is why we have a high rate of repeat customers. Some of our services include new construction, remodel, electrical and controls work for HVAC / mechanical installations and upgrades, lighting retrofits and upgrades, fire alarm installation and upgrades, elevator modernizations, and infrared testing/reporting.  We also offer 24/7 emergency service.
